🎸 Midalidare Rock 2026 Kicks Off with an Explosion of Energy and Unforgettable Performances

🎸 The sixth edition of Midalidare Rock In The Wine Valley kicked off with an impressive first festival night, gathering thousands of rock and metal fans near the village of Mogilovo. Excellent organization, a diverse program, and powerful performances on stage set a promising start to the three-day music marathon.

🎤 The honor of opening the festival went to Seya Nightingale – the winner of Bulgaria's "The Voice" 2024. After her performance, the stage was taken over by the energy of Greece's Tidal Dreams, the melodic hard rock of Sweden's Eclipse, and the symphonic metal of Austria's Visions of Atlantis.

🔥 One of the most memorable moments of the evening was the concert by Eclipse. Charismatic vocalist Erik Martensson led the audience through some of the band's biggest hits, with the finale – "Viva La Victoria" – turning into a massive sing-along and jumping frenzy in front of the stage.

🏴‍☠️ Visions of Atlantis delivered a true theatrical spectacle. Fire effects, pirate stage design, and the stunning vocals of Clementine Delauney and Michele Guaitoli made their concert one of the most emotional experiences of the night. The waving of the Bulgarian flag drew thunderous applause, and the band promised they wouldn't wait another seven years to return to Bulgaria.

⚡ The culmination came with the first-ever Bulgarian performance of American punk rock veterans Bad Religion. From the very first songs, the band set their signature fast and uncompromising pace, and the first mosh pit of the festival broke out in front of the stage.

🍷 Beyond the concerts, Midalidare Rock continues to offer a rich supporting program – meet-and-greets with the artists, autograph sessions, wine tastings, film screenings, and entertainment for the youngest visitors. After the concerts, the party moved to the after-party stage with performances by LAMPA Inc. and Vasko Krapkata.

📅 Midalidare Rock 2026 continues for two more days – with performances by Powerwolf, Gotthard, Korpiklaani, Helloween, and Gloryhammer. Tickets are still available at the venue and through the Eventim network.
