Suffocation - South & East Europe Tour 2026

American death metal legend SUFFOCATION announced their return to South and Eastern Europe this October with a massive one-month tour in cities they haven't visited in a long time. The news was posted on their official Facebook page. They will be joined by INGESTED, UNDEATH, and Eternal.

SUFFOCATION are among the most influential bands in the history of death metal. Formed in 1988 in New York, they are considered pioneers of brutal death metal and technical death metal, alongside Cannibal Corpse, Morbid Angel, and Death. Their debut album 'Effigy of the Forgotten' (1991) is one of the most important recordings in the genre and inspired generations of musicians.

With over three decades of career, Suffocation have released eight studio albums, including 'Pierced from Within' (1995), 'Souls to Deny' (2004), 'Blood Oath' (2009), 'Pinnacle of Bedlam' (2013), and the latest 'Hymns from the Apocrypha' (2023). The band is known for their brutal riffs, technical guitar solos, complex rhythms, and Frank Mullen's iconic growled vocals.

Current Suffocation lineup includes:
• Frank Mullen – vocals (since 1988)
• Terrence Hobbs – guitar (since 1998)
• Charlie Ercole – guitar (since 2020)
• Derek Boyer – bass (since 2020)
• Eric Moralez – drums (since 2020)

Special guests on the tour:
• INGESTED (UK) – brutal death metal/deathcore
• UNDEATH (USA) – old-school death metal
• Eternal (France) – black/death metal
